Eyewear Warranty
Kids Bright Eyes offers a One time, One Year Warranty on all frames purchased from www.kidsbrighteyes.ca
This does not cover lost or stolen items. This includes a one-time free replacement if the frame is broken, which requires proof of broken, unwearable product, before a replacement is issued. ***( Temple tips and Straps are a non warrantied item)*** Photos of the broken frame can be emailed to kidsbrighteyescanada@gmail.com. Please include the name your order was placed under and your contact info, ie. phone number and email, and we will get back to you within 2 business days.
Your frame will be replaced with the exact style/color/size of original order. If the frame is out of stock or discontinued, we offer a free frame replacement, in the same size, from our shop of equal value. An invoice to pay for the shipping fee will be sent to your email address.
Exchanges & Returns
Exchange (for frames only)
Exchanges are only accepted on frames that meet the following criteria:
-Unworn, perfect condition, and include intact demo lenses that were originally sent with the frame
-Must be exchanged within 30 days of the date of delivery
