This covers your payment for shipping if you need to:

UPGRADED SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE IN DROP DOWN MENU
By processing this payment, we will proceed with shipping of your replacement frame or exchange (once your returned frame is received).
*Warranty Replacements on broken frames require pre-authorization, please first contact us firstname.lastname@example.org.
** One-time warranty replacements are good for 1 year from the order date and expire after one use. A photo of your broken frame is required before replacement will be sent.
Returns & Exchanges Policy --------------------------------
-Returns & Exchanges only allowed on frames not filled with Rx, unworn and in perfect condition and include intact demo lenses that were originally sent with frames. Mail to PO BOX 100, Fairplay, MD 21733 USA.
For Exchanges: Include in box: contact info, frame exchange info and return shipping charge of $6.95 (include cash, check or process via credit card using the drop down menu here)
For Returns, a restocking fee of $5.00 per frame, applies. You will be credited your original purchase amount, less $5.00 fee per frame, once frame has been received. (S&H is not refunded).
NOTE: Restocking fee is WAIVED if you choose to purchase Rx lenses through our website.
-Must contact us to receive Return Authorization, returns only accepted within 2 weeks of Delivery date.
